Cover Letter:

I am a Flash and Web Applications Developer/Designer. I have been an active developer since 1999 and have had the opportunity to work on a multitude of projects with many impressive brands. I take pride in my work and am very detail oriented and focused on producing high quality results for clients, which is a perfect fit with your needs.

I work very well in team and individual environments and enjoy the synergy that team input can create. My previous positions have given me an opportunity to explore each of these work environments and I have excelled in all. My background in education and team management has given me the confidence and ability to instruct as well as mentor junior members and non-technical staff.

I am highly motivated, demonstrated by the fact that I am self-taught and capable in all technologies that I develop within. I welcome challenges and enjoy discovering new techniques and skills. Any technologies that I need to use for a position, that I don’t already have a solid grasp on, I quickly apply myself to learning.

My salary requirements are negotiable, however, my most recent positions have compensated me at $75,000-$80,000 annually (not including the added benefits and retirement options).

Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Thank You,
Josh Shelby
